The only accurate way of ensuring your nuts are the correct tightness!
It's also very important to appreciate that ANY manual torque wrench is NOT a breaker bar / powerbar.
Always respect the purpose of a torque wrench: To to ensure that nuts are tightened to the required torque, not great nor less.
Use a breaker bar / power bar to "crack" tight nuts certainly not a torque wrench.
Torque wrenches, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, are generally one direction operation torque not bi-directional.
